This paper focuses on the use of wireless and mobile technology and the latest teaching and collaboration software in an introductory Visual Basic Programming course. This course is a general education course and presents unique educational challenges and opportunities. Technology integration is an important part of many educational programs. The field is constantly evolving as new technologies evolve. Hand-in-hand with new technology is the use of instructional methods that encourage student participation in the classroom.
