SVA NEC LCD Co., Ltd is a joint venture between China's SVA Group and Japan's NEC Corporation. The challenge was to shorten supply chain cycles and improve responsiveness; address complex manufacturing processes; improve quality and batch tracing management and reduce procurement and production costs. The company selected a range of Oracle E-Business Suite applications to build an integrated business management platform. They achieved smooth implementation by engaging SVA Communications Network to oversee the deployment.
