The insurance of computer data is a very big, yet untapped business. Almost every office contains computers connected together into what is called Local Area Networks (LAN). The data they contain rank as one of the most important corporate assets. Insurance companies provide a sense of business continuity by promising to pay for any asset damaged in an accident.
