Vandemoortele is a Belgian food group with branches in more than 12 European countries. The company wanted to find an Human Capital Management (HCM) solution to support current Human Resources (HR) operations as well as future initiatives that may be implemented in the various European countries where Vandemoortele operates. The challenge was to make HR processes more efficient for customers with embedded products and enhance HR management in international settings, accounting for differences in HR laws and processes across European countries. The company implemented PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management version 8.9, providing a complete solution from the market leader in HCM.
