AJAX (Asynchronous Javascript And XML) is an approach to designing websites that emphasizes ease of use for end users. Using one of the new AJAX frameworks simplifies the creation of an AJAX enabled website. Additionally, using web services as a backend provider for SAS, an AJAX site can be created that allows users to request SAS information from a server and display it on a web site in a seamless manner.
