Cosmorion is an international developer group that develops solutions for emerging mobile technologies. The company wanted to address the converging PC and mobile phone markets and extend its development efforts across multiple platforms and mobile network operators. Using the Microsoft .NET Framework and the Web services interface of mobile operator Vodafone, Cosmorion created the Cosmorion Weblog Server System (CWSS). CWSS is a mobile blogging solution that enables users to blog using their mobile phones or PCs. Using Microsoft technologies, Cosmorion enjoyed fast development, took advantage of rich functionality, was able to easily integrate its solution across diverse technology platforms, and can cost-effectively scale to handle millions of users.
