This paper proposes a new HTTP model, which is based on the concept of aggregated behavior and presents two main advantages: small number of parameters and easy and precise load control. The development and features of the model are detailed. The procedures for evaluation of the model properties are also shown. Examples of the model utilization are shown and results are presented and discussed. This paper presents a new HTTP traffic model based on the aggregation concept. The model development, evaluation and application are shown. In addition to the basic HTTP traffic characteristics, the traffic model has an easy and accurate load control.
