Swisscom Mobile Optimizes Customer Service With EAI

Swisscom Mobile used TIBCO's business integration software to implement a component-based architecture that integrates several systems, including CRM and billing systems. This loosely-coupled architecture eliminates interdependencies and reduces the number of interfaces, giving Swisscom Mobile a more efficient system with room for further development and new applications. The integration of the CRM and billing systems helped Swisscom Mobile to significantly improve customer service.
