Created in 2003 via a spin off from Deloitte France's consulting division, Ineum Consulting is a major, independent player in the strategic and operational consulting market. The company wanted to create a standalone IT infrastructure that would enable the company to continue to expand internationally. The challenge was to improve financial management capabilities to drive improved performance and automate human resources management processes to drive administrative efficiency. The company implemented Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise applications for financial and HR management to create an integrated IT infrastructure in just five months and expanded visibility of critical financial and HR data across the industry, driving more informed decisions.
