Established in 1992, Huierkang Group has been ranked one of the top 20 beverage companies in China. The company wanted to replace disparate systems with a single, integrated business management platform and enable information to be shared between departments. The challenge was to streamline manufacturing processes for greater efficiency, enable accurate calculation of production costs, and protect intellectual property by boosting security procedures. Huierkang gained enterprise-wide view of operations by implementing a range of Oracle E-Business Special Edition applications as the basis of an integrated enterprise resource planning system and enhanced management control by enabling staff to share and view information in real time.
