Established in 1984, Evesham Technology has grown into a leading UK-based provider of IT solutions and services. As part of Evesham's goal to continually improve the level of IT service it provides to the customers, it wanted to investigate how Intel vPro technology featuring Intel AMT could improve the remote management capability of its 100-strong support team. In particular, Evesham wanted to diagnose and fix PC problems faster resulting in less inconvenience for customers and increased helpdesk efficiency. Evesham ran a Proof of Concept (PoC) to validate the effectiveness of Intel AMT in a laboratory environment. The solution included desktop PCs loaded with typical office productivity software and featuring Intel vPro Technology with Intel AMT.
