With two outlets featuring a diversified product line of both Western and Asian meals on the menu, the biggest challenge Mando Burger had on its hands was to raise the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management and lower the number of staff needed to process orders from customers manually. To do that, the fast food chain needed an integrated, automated system to automatically track the processing of orders and cross-reference the orders taken with an inventory database. Turning to Cambodian solutions provider blue Technology and Intel, Mando Burger then reviewed and approved a blueprint for an Intel technology-enabled workflow that integrated a Point-Of-Sales (POS) system with an inventory database to automate the operations of its outlets.
