SPS has implemented more than 30,000 systems throughout the United States since its inception in 1988. SPS wanted a solution that would enable its workers to seamlessly transition from cellular to WiFi as needed. As a solution the company deployed Avaya one-X Mobile Dual Mode, as employees can switch from cellular to WiFi in mid-call when they arrive on campus so as to avoid accruing expensive cell minutes.
