Serving 11 counties in Northeast Ohio, University Hospitals Health System (UHHS) is one of the state's largest medical networks. The challenge was to take advantage of technology upgrades based on lease cycles, improve operational and network efficiencies, better integration with remote locations, and enhance customer service response times (mandated by recent regulatory changes). The company upgraded QualChoice's headquarters location with a new S8710 Media Server and G350 Media Gateway. This upgrade enabled QualChoice to provide remote IP Telephony service its new Canton location that was equipped with a G350 Media Gateway.
