PREM Group is one of the largest commercial property management companies in Oregon. Within a few months, they doubled their staff, nearly tripled their properties, and moved their offices down the street. And while these phenomenal changes were taking place, PREM managed to respond more quickly to customers' needs and moved closer toward a paperless office. According to President, it all comes down to giving people the tools they need to excel. In this case, it's tablet PCs equipped with Intel Centrino mobile technology, the use of Verizon Wireless connectivity and Skype, software that allows Internet calling. It also means enhancements to the office computers and servers that support the mobile PCs, as well as upgrading to servers using Dual-Core Intel Xeon processors.
