Every hour of every day, Marie Curie Cancer Care makes a real difference to the lives of people with cancer and their families across the UK. The organization wanted to reduce escalating costs of a five year old network, ensure accurate routing of all calls, provide flexible and accessible management tools combined with accurate statistics and reporting. Nineteen critical sites had to be managed with no downtime and no risks. As a solution the organization deployed IP Office 406 and 412 with VoiceMail Pro and Phone Manager Pro. The organization also implemented ISDN Basic and Primary Rate circuits to sites based on extensions.
