Founded in the early 1900's as a manufacturer of parts for restaurant machines, Franklin Machine Products (FMP) has evolved to become a leading distributor of foodservice machine parts in the United States. FMP needed to overcome limited switch capability on its old switch and poor call reporting capabilities. Initially, Franklin Machines implemented an Avaya IP Office IP406, and then upgraded to Avaya IP Office IP412 with an Avaya Contact Center Solution equipped with Avaya Voicemail Pro and Avaya Phone Manager Pro.
