Naukri is the definitive Indian careers website on the internet. The company wanted to address fast-paced business growth and needed a secure, reliable and cost-effective platform to enable smooth functioning of the information-heavy website. The company also wanted to constantly innovate and offer new products and services to customers. Having been earlier proponents of Open Source, it became easier for Naukri to adopt Red Hat. Further, Red Hat was the only OS at that point of time supporting Intel's Hyper Threading technology.
