With annual revenues of nearly ?3.5 billion, SNS Bank is the banking division of SNS REAAL Group N.V., a leading Dutch financial services company headquartered in Utrecht, the Netherlands. The company wanted to expand to new areas without opening retail branches and respond to customer demand for more flexible services. This was solved by implementing online customer service. With the use of Macromedia Breeze from Adobe to enable mortgage customers to interface directly with loan advisors via dynamic web conferencing.
