A key service area for CC Intelligent Solutions, Inc. (CCIS) is the United States Armed Forces. To meet the need for timely, accurate, and relevant information to flow smoothly through all echelons of the military from the smallest of units to corps levels and higher, across all Battlefield Operating Systems (BOS), and between the multi-national units now engaged with their forces, CCIS developed the FusionNet application. Originally built on the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.0, CCIS was anxious to test and begin building the next generation of FusionNet on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 development system when Microsoft announced the upcoming release.
