Onfolio was founded with a vision: to empower Internet users with software for collecting, organizing, and sharing information found online. Onfolio wanted to develop a research tool integrated with Microsoft Internet Explorer. Onfolio rejected the conventional choice of unmanaged code for developing this tool, and instead developed it primarily in C#. This choice allowed Onfolio to concentrate on usability and features rather than on low-level issues.
