SPS Commerce is the leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). More than 12,000 companies outsource their EDI to SPS Commerce. The company wanted to simplify systems integration and increase overall system flexibility, reliability, and throughput. The challenge was to accelerate resolution of IT performance issues and enhance operational efficiency and customer service. SPS Commerce implemented Oracle infrastructure software to create a highly available, scalable architecture that gives SPS the flexibility to add functionality and performance to the system as customer requirements change. The company also implemented Oracle BPEL Process Manager to simplify integration with external (customer) systems and internal systems.
