A global pharmaceutical company hoped to expand operations and sales to include international markets, and faced many of the challenges typically associated with this move. LiquidHub was engaged to analyze the current state, define the future state, and create a roadmap to bridge the two. The client came to LiquidHub with a great deal of data it hoped would define the current state. This included business process summaries, as well as three key architectures: applications, data, and infrastructure. Using the enterprise Services Transformation Roadmap (ESTR) process, LiquidHub first defined the current state, including existing systems and integration of various channels. Next, LiquidHub collaborated with the client to define the future state.
