African Bank Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of African Bank Investments Limited (ABIL), a public company listed on the JSE Securities Exchange of South Africa. The bank wanted to improve the levels of technical support provided to its thousands of users, and also needed to centralize its help desk facilities and streamline network service operations in its regional and branches offices countrywide. ABIL chose Computer Associates International, Inc.'s (CA) comprehensive and integrated service support solution. Unicenter ServicePlus Service Desk (Unicenter ServicePlus SD) gives it the ability to log, escalate and manage support calls accurately to the help desk.
