Liberty Title was newly licensed for business in September 2005, with its headquarters located in Walnut Creek, 40 minutes east of San Francisco, and its 80 employees working in branch offices in six northern California counties. The VP of operations wanted to choose a communications system for the company headquarters and its twelve branch offices. Wanting to start out with the right technology, and not risk needing to swap out inefficient technology down, the VP chose Cisco Unified Communications. The Cisco solution unified the company's disparate offices while saving $15K a month over a standard PBX type solution.
