This paper allows one to use the JD Edwards OneWorld system without needing BizTalk Server or any Microsoft products. In this paper, one will connect to the JD Edwards system to access data in the database. The JD Edwards OneWorld system is accessible from a Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 system by using the JD Edwards OneWorld adapter. This adapter is one of a group of eight Line-Of-Business (LOB) adapters shipped by Microsoft for use with BizTalk Server 2006.
