As an enterprise IT service provider, Fujitsu frequently performs Standard Operating Environment (SOE) upgrades and PC replacements for their customers. For Fujitsu, performing these services requires the unique personality of each PC to be preserved to help ensure uninterrupted end-user productivity for their clients. This includes users' system and application settings, network and printer settings, data files and folders, email address book and signatures, preferences and favorites. In order to increase the change velocity of these services, Fujitsu needed a more comprehensive and extensible solution to manage the migration process.
