Using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition, the development team combined Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Windows Server 2003 with the .NET Framework 2.0 to deliver a highly distributed Windows Forms - based application that can scale from a locally connected operation to a global, "Sometimes-connected" enterprise. The developers appreciated improved productivity while Horizon customers now benefit from a better user interface in a more reliable, highly available configuration of OneSource.
