National Savings Bank of Serbia (NSBS) was founded in early 2002 to serve the retail banking market and create a safe haven for 2.5 million customers of failed Serbian banks. In order to meet the needs of consumers, NSBS developed one of the most up-to-date information systems with its own telecommunications network. When NSBS wanted to improve the bank's efficiency and business capabilities by providing its managers with valuable Business Intelligence (BI), NSBS turned to Pexim Solutions for help. The small development team used Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Business Intelligence Development Studio, the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 development system, and the Microsoft Visual C# development tool, along with Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003 for the front end.
