This webcast shows how Windows Vista simplifies the process of migrating data from the previous computer to the new Windows Vista-based computer. The presenters introduce the viewer to Windows Easy Transfer, a tool to help the user transfer files, folders, desktop, and other settings. The webcast shows how the user can either transfer all the data in the entire user account, in addition to any other user accounts on the original computer, or can select the specific data and folders the user wants to transfer.
