Established in 1994, ELM Resources is the student loan industry's only mutual benefit corporation. ELM Resources wanted to improve their ability to analyze customer service delivery to drive continuous improvement. The company wanted to standardize procedures to ensure consistent customer service and improve sales force effectiveness. The challenge was to create a scalable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to accommodate future growth. The company implemented Siebel CRM On Demand to create a centralized record tracking system that allows ELM Resources to provide consistent service and track performance and customer interactions across the organization.
