As the largest urban wildlife company in Canada, Humane Wildlife Control (HWC) specializes in the humane removal of wildlife such as raccoons and skunks from residential and commercial buildings. HWC had a customized scheduling and tracking system that was unreliable, making it difficult to track customer information and schedule work for offsite technicians. Sales opportunities were being missed and technicians were not making efficient use of their travel time. As a result, HWC turned to Integrated Business Intelligence Corp. (IBI Corp.), a Microsoft Partner and Small Business Specialist, who recommended Microsoft Dynamics CRM Small Business Edition (SBE). This solution helped HWC provide better customer service and increase its sales closing ratio by 20 per cent.
