Data2 Corporation had custom-built an enterprise system to manage its primary business: printing custom bar-code labels for various industrial purposes. In recent years, the company has seen increasing opportunities to expand into other lines of business, but its system - designed for THEOS, a now-obsolete operating system - could not accommodate alternative business processes. After weighing the options, Data2 made a strategic decision to migrate to Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains and Microsoft Business Solutions CRM (both now part of Microsoft Dynamics). Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Quilogy implemented the system and adapted it to Data2's industry-specific needs.
