Holmes Corporation (HC) helps the nation's premier associations meet the educational needs of their members by delivering first-rate educational products. HC's customer information was scattered across eight different GoldMine databases. Customer service performed redundant entry of data, sales people toggled among databases to find customer information, and lead sources were not easily tracked. With the help of Microsoft Business Solutions Gold Certified Partner, Olsen Thielen Technologies, HC replaced GoldMine with Microsoft CRM, consolidating its GoldMine databases into one Microsoft CRM database. Microsoft CRM (now part of Microsoft Dynamics) automatically imports and tracks leads from multiple Web sites.
