Mall GmbH, a leader in the field of precasted construction, provides products that are used for rainwater management, sewage treatment plants, and the road and building construction industry. But with paper-based processes and important customer data scattered across multiple databases and sales offices, Mall experienced difficulties with accessing and sharing information and efficiently performing critical sales and marketing activities. The company sought an easy-to-use, centralized solution for storing and sharing data. Working with Microsoft Gold Certified Partner ITVT, Mall deployed Microsoft CRM 1.2 and Microsoft Office Outlook to better share information.
