STVE, a vehicle and equipment-leasing company, found it difficult to serve customers with its time-consuming manual processes. STVE looked at several Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to help manage its customer services before selecting Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Microsoft solution proved far less expensive than the others, yet it enabled STVE to easily customise it to suit its operations. STVE completed its deployment in May 2006. Because of their familiarity with other Microsoft software, employees mastered Microsoft CRM in just one day. Staff can now easily share information, account management is streamlined, and processes are more efficient.
