Young America (YA) provides comprehensive, integrated fulfillment services to Fortune 500 companies seeking to increase profitability through optimized promotions across their customer lifecycle. To gain control over manual errors and manpower, the company began the process of automating their environment. As the IT staff sought to eliminate manual processes, further goals were identified to centralize and automate process control, provide an effective solution for standardizing the exports of client data, improve the ability to create dependencies between jobs, and ultimately reduce headcount.
