MTN South Africa is the country's second-largest cellular network operator with 10.5 million subscribers. Oracle Consulting and Oracle Solution Services India created a single, consolidated instance of Oracle E-Business Suite including Oracle Financials, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Self-Service Human Resources and Oracle Learning Management.
