Mutual & Federal Insurance Company Ltd., a subsidiary of Old Mutual, is one of the leading insurance companies in southern Africa. The company wanted to consolidate disparate systems to support group-wide reporting and streamline staff training and enable more rapid dissemination of information throughout the enterprise. The challenge was to reduce the time spent on duplicate efforts associated with maintaining non-integrated Human Resources (HR) and financial systems. The company implemented Oracle Human Resources to consolidate disparate systems for HR management, improving operational efficiency and data accuracy. They implemented online learning programs with Oracle Learning Management System, enabling rapid delivery of content to employees and other constituents and improving the effectiveness of training initiatives.
