Established in 1998, Glasgow-based Indigo Lighthouse delivers a complete outsourcing platform for customer relationship management. The company had to run increasingly large databases which put its systems under pressure. It needed a new remedy for performance and scalability problems. The company chose the HP Integrity servers which run the company's central SAP applications and databases. They are teamed with many HP ProLiant machines which support CRM and provide all other services the company needs. Two storage area networks are based around HP EVA disc arrays and backup is to an HP ESL tape library.
