Customer relationships have a strategic importance for the company, and it is essential to manage marketing, sales, and customer care data as efficiently as possible. As such, Tessiture Pietro Radici needed to develop and implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process that would support marketing and business strategies and provide accurate and timely information on customers. Moreover, the company required a CRM solution that would enable the sharing of customers' suggestions and expectations, in order to offer differentiated product ranges to respond to specific application requirements. Using Siebel CRM Professional Edition from Oracle, the company is able to segment and maintain detailed data masters across the entire value chain.
