TBC de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is a leading tire distributor and importer. The company wanted to implement a management system to support the company's rapid growth and provide inventory system to its 26 points of sale. The challenge was to improve financial processes for efficient inventory management and provide timely information to support decision making. The company implemented Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Inventory Management solution, enabling the company to reduced labor capital 10% to 15% due to better inventory, supply, and portfolio control and led to the adoption of better business practices and of a competitive technological platform, both on the Web and on a client server with Oracle JD Edwards Production and Distribution Planning.
