Zenta must maintain 99.9 percent uptime, serving customers with virtually no circuit breakdown. To increase network security, provide faster Internet access, and improve IT administration, Zenta replaced its Linux-based proxy server with Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004. This implementation has led to a reduction in workload by as much as 80 percent. Internet access has also improved by 30 percent.
