Schindler Group switched from traditional costly training of its worldwide sales and support staff to cost-efficient electronic delivery of training for all new products. Schindler products are sold, installed, and supported worldwide and Schindler's workforce is located in offices around the world. Reaping the benefits of electronic delivery of training (eLearning) was an obvious proposition with huge cost-savings associated compared to the traditional training delivery. Schindler has chosen SAP Learning Solution for its superior learning management over competitor products and uses SAP Learning Solution as an internal service for Learners.
