With more than 70 call centers in over 20 countries, SITEL provides global call center and customer support services to major corporations around the world. When it came time to rethink its IT infrastructure, SITEL chose Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS running on Dell to build out databases and applications in its geographically remote call centers. The Result was improved stability and reliability necessary for remote sites, increased system uptime and increased customer service agent productivity, all achieved at a significantly lower price point than the comparable UNIX alternative.
