A leading online investment bank in the Netherlands needed to create an open, standards-based system for providing customers with independent financial advice regarding their investment plans. BEA WebLogic Server 8.1 was deployed to create a flexible, fast, and fluid investment planning infrastructure. Advice is based on a wealth of market data, stock prices, and research created by the company. Stock price movements are then forecast based on three years-worth of market data. Advice is available on more than 500 European stocks.
