In 2004, a new community charter enabled KeyPoint Credit Union to dramatically expand its member base. Expansion meant more branches, more associates and new office space to better serve its growing membership. KeyPoint CU also operates an outsourced 24x7 contact center for members to check account balances, pay bills or investigate investment or loan opportunities. KeyPoint CU had already decided to migrate its network to a converged voice and data solution using voice-over-IP. For its new headquarters, KeyPoint CU replaced its Nortel Networks system with an Avaya IP Telephony Solution with Avaya MultiVantage Communications Applications featuring two Avaya S8700 Media Servers running Avaya Communication Manager software.
