The company wanted to create an automated, next-generation contact centre environment to manage directory enquiry services. The company Implemented a next-generation Contact Centre Solution with Avaya MultiVantage Communications Applications for more than 1,500 directory enquiry service agents, the solution included three automated applications covering personal agent greeting, call completion and automatic number release.
