O~Reilly Auto Parts Gain 45 Mbps Throughput Over 12 Mbps Link With Accelerators

O'Reilly was embarking on a company-wide project aimed at cost-effectively managing application availability across its highly distributed networked operations, that serviced over 1,000 stores and 11 distribution centers across the United States. However, O'Reilly soon realized that they did not have sufficient WAN capacity to run a Vision Suite, a critical high availability and disaster recovery data mirroring application in key points of its network. Following a successful evaluation, O'Reilly installed Expand Networks' bandwidth boosters, the Accelerator 6810 Series to accelerate critical data mirroring operations between its IBM iSeries Servers.
