Children's Hospital was experiencing long delays with their Cerner Millennium� applications, affecting physician and nurse access to patient information. Using Confio Ignite� for Oracle, the DBA was able to isolate Cerner problem queries in the Oracle database and immediately improve service levels. Ignite enabled the DBA team to move from reactive and time consuming searches for the source of problems, to proactively finding and eliminating the source of service level problems for the hospital staff.
